You may have experienced technical difficulties while accessing the system this morning, this is due to the mass increase of students logging into the system now that schools have officially closed.
We had anticipated an increase and had increased our server capacity accordingly, however, we could never have predicted the number of people that would be logging in to access the system today.
We would like to take this moment to thank you for your continued support, patience, and faith in our system during these unprecedented times.
Everything is now up and running as usual, we will still be making tweaks and adjustments as necessary to ensure the system works to its optimum.
