Three of our fantastic students,Hannah Carr, Katelyn Carr and Charlotte Curnin are heading to Atlanta for the Cheersport Nationals 2020 with their Cheerleading team ‘Lazer Royalty’.
Only established 18 months ago, in Colburn, the team have kept to a gruelling practise regime meeting every day for two hours to perfect their routines.
After a phenomenal dress rehearsal this weekend, the troupe are ready to compete against some of the best teams in the world. They will perform their latest routine twice to qualify for prizes.
They have worked exceedingly hard and have fundraised and applied for sponsorship to facilitate this opportunity. We wish them every success and look forward to hearing all about it upon their return.
